Your account and content

Vistelier uses an anonymous account associated with this installation. Protect access to your device. Account recovery and purchase restoration depend on the service and Google Play records; clearing app data or deleting an anonymous account can affect access to its history.

Submit only content you own or have permission to use. You authorize the service and the AI provider for the selected effect to process that content to produce and deliver your requested result. Do not upload illegal content, exploit children, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or use generated content to deceive or harm others.

AI creation

Results are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. Review the result before sharing or relying on it. Processing time, credit cost, input limits and available models depend on the selected feature and its current service configuration. Availability can change. Use the in-app reporting option to report problematic content.

Subscriptions and creation credits

Google Play displays the applicable localized price, billing period and any eligible offer before purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Cancelling generally stops the next renewal; Google Play determines billing and refund eligibility.

The purchase screen describes the creation-credit grant and its schedule. Credits are used for creations and are not money, transferable value or a cash withdrawal right. Credit grants, spending and purchase restoration are determined by verified service records. Subscription billing and the credit-grant schedule can differ; check the displayed product details before buying. Any trial or introductory offer applies only when Google Play confirms eligibility and shows that offer.

Managing purchases and deletion

Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Deleting the Vistelier account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchase refunds are governed by Google Play’s applicable policies and your statutory rights. Account deletion removes access to the deleted creator account and its associated history; the app asks for confirmation before requesting deletion.

Availability and support

We may change or suspend features to maintain the service, address abuse or comply with legal obligations. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. Contact baddogcervantes@gmail.com for app support or questions about these terms.
