Creator accounts and device information

The app creates an anonymous creator account. An account identifier and an app-specific installation identifier associate your balance, subscription, tasks and creation history. Requests may include your country, language, time zone, app version, operating-system version and device model. Network requests expose your IP address to our infrastructure.

Authorized app reviewers can sign in through Settings with a supplied review-account password. Authentication is handled by our account service. The original anonymous workspace is preserved on the device and can be restored when leaving review access. Review-account creations and history are shared with other authorized reviewers; use only non-sensitive test media in that workspace.

Selected media, prompts and results

When you choose to create and agree to AI processing, your selected photos and applicable prompt are uploaded to our service. The chosen model or effect determines which AI service provider processes those inputs, including Volcengine. Some effects preprocess or combine selected images before generating the result. Generated media and task information are stored with your creator account so you can return to your history.

The Android system photo picker gives access to the media you select; the app does not request access to your whole library. You can cancel before uploading. Only provide media and prompts you have permission to use.

Google Play purchases

Google Play processes payment details. We verify purchase tokens and retain subscription, credit and transaction records to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate grants, restore eligible purchases and handle purchase status changes. We do not receive your full payment-card number from Google Play.

Analytics and attribution

Firebase Analytics measures app interactions, screens, entry sources and confirmed purchase activity. It processes an app-instance identifier, the anonymous account identifier and device, app and event information; approximate location can be derived from network information. The Android app uses an independent Analytics property. Optional Analytics data sharing is disabled.

Our service uses network and account information with an opaque signed network value to associate app activity with advertising click or campaign records and measure acquisition. This is separate from the creation service and from access to advertising identifiers. The Android app does not collect an advertising ID. Meta and Adjust SDKs are not enabled in this app.

Support and content reports

If you submit feedback or report content, we receive your message, creator-account context and any contact email you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate the report and operate the service.

Service providers and international processing

Google provides Play payments and Firebase Analytics. Supabase supports the account, database and storage services; Cloudflare supports network delivery and protection. AI providers, including Volcengine, process selected generation inputs. These providers may process data outside your country to deliver the selected service. We use HTTPS for app service requests.

Retention and account deletion

We retain account, task, output, security and transaction information as needed to provide the service, preserve creation history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

In the app, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. The app sends an authenticated deletion request for the current account. The existing deletion service removes that account and associated user-upload storage; limited deletion-audit or legally required transaction records may remain. We do not promise immediate removal from every provider backup. The shared review account cannot be deleted from the app; reviewers can return to their original workspace and contact support about review-account data. Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.

Your choices

You choose which media and prompts to submit. You can remove a creation from History and use Settings to delete your account. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play. You can contact us about privacy or support using the address below.

Children and changes

Vistelier is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children or teenagers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us using the address below. We may update this policy when the app, its services or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
